Aurora Aksnes was born on 15 June 1996 in Stavanger, Norway. Popularly referred to as Aurora or sometimes stylized with highercase letters like AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, was released in May of 2015 by Decca Records to great approval from music journalists and media. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band to promote John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy, by Nat King Cole are among her most renowned covers. Katy Perry, who endorsed the hit song Runaway from her side, offered the song a boost of recognition. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was locating a keyboard at her loft, where she was attracted by its sounds. The parents of her May-Britt family and Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to pursue music not as an occupation or pastime but to grow. Therefore, she created with her own music. In addition to Bjork, she cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her decision to begin performing her songs publicly when her mother suggested that they can help other people, not be famous with her music but instead help the people around them understand the importance of their work and how they have an impact on the world. When she was six she began to learn on the piano. When she turned nine, started writing songs. It wasn't until her 14th birthday when she shared her story with her parents. Aurora wasn't just a fantasy of childhood. The singer claims that she is a fan of composing songs. Music is for her the best way to feel any emotion.
